The front cover is Yusry and Lisa on their new life and syawal together as a married couple (page 20-24).
Since this is a special bumper edition for Ramadhan, there are many many stories as well as interviews with the coming festive season in mind.
There are also interviews with YTM Toh Puan Temenggong Kedah and especially YM Datin Dr Raja Mazuin on celebrating Raya with her first newborn grandchild.
What I like about this edition is the way the publisher organised the stories based on sections or topics.
Under the Sri Kandi section is a very interesting read is on not being able to celebrate Raya with families among the uniformed members (pages 64 -67).
There is also a special section named "terpenjara di bumi asing" (pages 70 - 86) starting with the interview with Khairil Azuan Abu Hassan who were imprisoned in Taiwan for being a victim of drug smuggling syndicate (pages 70 - 73) as well as Awang Pa who were imprisoned for 3 years for illegally fishing in Indonesia waters (pages 76 - 78).
Another special section is "keluarga glamor" beginning with the interview with Ella, Saidatulnisa dan Jojie (pages 128 - 130) and other celebrities on their Raya celebration.
A favourite among the fashion conscious is the "Ikatan Tudung" where there was a step by step guide to wearing scarfs and shawls (pages 150 - 156)
A whopping pages 288-351 includes recipes for Raya from main course to kuih muih and mouth watering desserts.
The final pages of the magazine contains interior images of celebrities homes and living spaces.
So do hurry and grab a copy of the Mingguan Wanita bumper edition before it runs out in newsstand.
